Welcome to Win Or Lose 350 X 06 Drift Man. This website, wol350x06driftman.com (the "Site"), is operated by Win Or Lose 350 ("we", "us", "our"), based in Alhambra, California. By visiting the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Site.
These Terms apply to everyone who uses the Site, including browsers, customers, and anyone who submits content. Our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy are part of these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you're under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method provided.
Everything in the shop is designed in Los Angeles and made to order — printed or sewn after you buy it. Because of that:
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation email, and we can refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is listed at an incorrect price, we suspect fraud, or the shipping address can't be verified. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.
Prices are in US dollars and don't include shipping or taxes, which are calculated at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including major cards, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card number.
Discount codes can't be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. Codes must be entered at checkout — we can't apply them after an order is placed.
4. Cancellations, shipping, and returns
Because every item is made specifically for you, orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of purchase and before production starts. Production and delivery timelines, tracking, duties, and lost-package handling are covered in our Shipping Policy. What we can and can't accept back, and how refunds and replacements work, is covered in our Return & Refund Policy. Those policies control if anything here conflicts with them.
5. Pre-orders and limited drops
Some items are sold as pre-orders or limited-run drops. Estimated ship dates for pre-orders are estimates, not guarantees; if a date moves by more than 30 days we'll email you and offer a full refund. Limited pieces are sold first come, first served — adding an item to your cart doesn't reserve it.
All artwork, graphics, logos, product designs, photos, text, and the "Win Or Lose 350", "06 Drift Man", "Briezkom Motorsports", and "Baizene" names and marks on the Site belong to us or our collaborators (including artwork by Giddys_GFX) and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, print, sell, or create derivative works from any of it without our written permission. Buying a product gives you the right to wear and enjoy it — not to reproduce the design.
Third-party names that appear on the Site or our products (vehicle makes, events, brands) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them unless stated.
7. Music, studio, and editing services
The Site links to music by Nismoboyz and describes creative services such as the Baizene Editing Engine by Giddys_GFX. Music is streamed or sold through third-party platforms (for example, Apple Music) under their terms, not ours. Editing, design, and production services are quoted and delivered under a separate written agreement or invoice that sets out scope, price, timeline, revisions, and usage rights; these Terms apply to your use of the Site, and the service agreement controls the work itself.
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your login. Tell us right away at 50kbparty@gmail.com if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or tag us on social media, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, show, and share that content in connection with our brand (including reposting on our channels and the Site). You confirm you own it or have the right to share it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights or contain anything unlawful, hateful, or misleading. We can remove any content at our discretion.
You agree not to use the Site to:

10. Third-party links and tools
The Site links to and uses services we don't control — Instagram, YouTube, X, Apple Music, Shop Pay, PayPal, and others. We aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Using them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
We try to keep everything on the Site accurate and up to date, but there may be typos, pricing errors, or outdated details. We can correct errors and update information at any time without notice, including after you've placed an order. If a pricing error affects your order, we'll contact you before shipping and give you the choice to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." Except as expressly stated in our Return & Refund Policy or required by law, we make no warranties of any kind — express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Win Or Lose 350, its owners, team, and collaborators won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits or data — arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you in full.
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or content you submit.

16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If we have a dispute, please email us first at 50kbparty@gmail.com — most issues can be sorted out quickly. If we can't resolve it informally within 30 days, any claim must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to that venue. Nothing in this section limits rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your home state.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version, and changes take effect when posted. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of it. These Terms, along with the policies referenced in them, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
