Returns & Exchanges

We want you repping WOL 350 X 06 Drift Man with confidence. Because every piece is printed to order just for you, our policy works a little differently from a big-box store. Here is exactly what we cover.

Damaged, defective or wrong item: we fix it, free

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, has a defect, or is not what you ordered, we will send a free replacement or give you a full refund. No need to ship anything back.

1. Email 50kbparty@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and 1–3 clear photos of the issue (and of the size label if it is a sizing error on our side).
3. We will confirm within 2 business days and get a replacement into production or issue the refund.

Wrong size or changed your mind

Since each item is made specifically for you, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for size changes, buyer's remorse or ordering mistakes. Please check the product details and fit notes on each product page before ordering. Our tees run true to US unisex sizing; if you are between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we confirm them. Shipping charges are refunded only when the issue was on our side.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before production begins. After that the item is already being made and cannot be cancelled.

Digital products

The Editing Engine and music downloads are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once the download link has been sent. If a file is corrupted or the link does not work, email us and we will fix it immediately.

Lost packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days and we will help sort it out.
